Freelance Marketing Manager

Research shows that Women, LGBTQ+ and non-binary people are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet 100% of the criteria. Whereas CIS men often apply when they meet only 60% of the qualifications. This behaviour gap is driven by self-doubt, fear of rejection, and a tendency to treat job requirements as mandatory rather than aspirational.
If you meet 50% of the criteria, please still apply. Let's close the opportunity gap.
